Ryan Chance is the President of Bay Area Concretes, Inc. (BAC), who works alongside the Ownership Group and the Executive Leadership Team to set the strategic priorities and the overall direction for Bay Area Concretes, Inc., and affiliated divisions PolishedCrete and LeveledCrete.

Before being named President in January 2018, Ryan was Bay Area Concretes’ Vice President of Sales and responsible for company wide sales and customer service. His 20+ years in the concrete business as both a manufacturer and contractor, provide a rare and comprehensive viewpoint with respect to the concrete industry. This unique background provides insights into production and placement methods, as well as familiarity with all types of hard surfaces beyond traditional concrete.

Prior to joining Bay Area Concretes, Ryan was President for 12 years of rapidly expanding ready-mixed concrete company and concrete pumping services. There he was responsible for all aspects of the fast growing ready-mixed concrete supply business, including supply chain management, sales, environmental stewardship, capital expenditures and successful delivery of over a million cubic yards.

Ryan resides in Livermore, as did the three generations before him with his wife and two high school age children, where he enjoys watching and participating in all types of sports and activities.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from CSU, Sacramento.

Jonathan Vasquez is the COO of Bay Area Concretess, Inc. (BAC) a highly successful decorative concrete and hard surface flooring contractor located in Northern California.

He is one of the founders of Decorative Surface Solutions Group (DSSG) and is highly respected in the decorative surface and polished concrete industry. Under Jonathon’s watch, BAC has installed over 10 million square feet of decorative surfaces and more than 6 million feet of polished concrete, epoxy and terrazzo.

A graduate of Cal Poly in California, he spent over 7 years building Zerimar Corporation, a general contracting firm that specialized in US government agency construction work. Clients included Army Corp of Engineers, US Coast Guard, GSA, National Parks Service and many other federal agencies. Jonathan directed a wide variety of construction projects ranging from tenant improvement contracts to large restoration projects.

Jonathan joined BAC and PolishedCrete in 2002 where he has been COO and instrumental in the operations of all concrete and decorative surface installations for almost 13 years. As the co-owner of BAC and PolishedCrete, he continues to develop all aspects of decorative finishes from polished concrete to epoxy while continuously innovating new products, methods and systems. Jonathan is considered an expert in architectural concrete finishes and is called upon to guide clients to innovative flooring solutions as well as consulting to develop highly specialized solutions for such clients as Apple and Google.

Jonathan resides in Pleasanton, California with his wife and 2 children.

Michael Price is an owner and the CEO of Bay Area Concretes, Inc. (BAC) and PolishedCrete. Michael has been involved at every level of management and installation over his 40+ year career with BAC. He is also a Financial Management Degree holder and a proud Alumni, from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo.

Michael’s BAC teams have researched and developed many industry-specific cutting edge products, cultivated architectural relationships, studied supply side and contractor channels of the marketplace and partnered with countless companies responsible for installing Best-in-Class projects. BAC has earned a plethora of worldwide awards over the years and has been featured in countless magazine articles, television shows, and newspapers under Michael’s supervision.

Michael’s BAC teams have launched successful brands and new business channels like PolishedCrete, Aggretex, LeveleCrete, EcoSand, EcoGrind, and the Rejuve Floor Service.
