Ryan Chance

Ryan Chance is the President of Bay Area Concretes, Inc. (BAC), who works alongside the Ownership Group and the Executive Leadership Team to set the strategic priorities and the overall direction for Bay Area Concretes, Inc., and affiliated divisions PolishedCrete and LeveledCrete.

Before being named President in January 2018, Ryan was Bay Area Concretes’ Vice President of Sales and responsible for company wide sales and customer service. His 20+ years in the concrete business as both a manufacturer and contractor, provide a rare and comprehensive viewpoint with respect to the concrete industry. This unique background provides insights into production and placement methods, as well as familiarity with all types of hard surfaces beyond traditional concrete.

Prior to joining Bay Area Concretes, Ryan was President for 12 years of rapidly expanding ready-mixed concrete company and concrete pumping services. There he was responsible for all aspects of the fast growing ready-mixed concrete supply business, including supply chain management, sales, environmental stewardship, capital expenditures and successful delivery of over a million cubic yards.

Ryan resides in Livermore, as did the three generations before him with his wife and two high school age children, where he enjoys watching and participating in all types of sports and activities.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from CSU, Sacramento.
